  4. Once a story, and any images associated with it, has been accepted for publication on the Little Weave website, the writer and illustrator (if different) agrees that copyright will immediately be assigned to Little Weave and undertakes to provide reasonable assistance to Little Weave where necessary in order to vest in Little Weave the full benefit of the right, title and interest assigned to Little Weave under this agreement.
  5. Once a story, and any images associated with it, has been accepted for publication on the Little Weave website, the writer and illustrator (if different), agrees to waive his or her moral rights under S.77 Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any equivalent legislation worldwide. However, Little Weave will identify the author(s) of any published story with the author(s)’ name(s) and location.
  6. Any material created by a child must be uploaded to the Little Weave website with the consent of the child’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s), and the parent(s) or guardian(s) are deemed to consent to the terms and conditions set out on the website on behalf of the child.
  7. Little Weave may remove any published story (and illustrations) from the Little Weave website at any time.

  9. If a story is not accepted for publication, ownership of copyright will remain with the writer and/or illustrator. However, please note that any use or publication of material which includes a Little Weave character, plot or setting, or any intellectual property of Little Weave, will constitute infringement of Little Weave’s intellectual property rights.
