Little Weave Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Little Weave.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.
You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it for an exchange or refund. If you wish to exercise this option, please notify us by email at email@example.com with details of your order and whether you require a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds or Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of the refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, and you have opted for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days of return, depending on your card issuer's policies. Alternatively, if you have opted for an exchange, we will send you a new item within 14 days of return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund or charged to you if we paid such costs.

Please note, this Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with respect to repair, replacement or refund of faulty goods.
